Is the event compulsory to attend?
No, the event is not compulsory, but we do encourage everyone to come along and enjoy a fun day out with your teammates!

What time will the Team Challenge start and how long will it take to complete?
Please arrive at Rosehill Gardens by 8:30am. A light breakfast and hot beverages will be available from 8:00am. The Team Challenge will kick off at 9:00am and will conclude at 1:00pm, including time for food and beverages post-challenge. 

How will the activities be run?
The activities will be facilitated by Great Race and feature a series of fun, game-show-style team challenges. Some rounds involve the whole team, while others spotlight a single team member, supported by their teammates. Expect high energy, laughter, and friendly competition!

How many people in a team?
Teams are a minimum of 8 people, with 10 people maximum.
If you cannot fill your team, we can help you!

How are teams determined?
For this event, all employees can choose their own teams. When registering to attend, make sure to tell us which team you are registering to participate with. If you do not have a team to join, do not worry, we can organise one for you.

What is the role of the Team Captain?
The Team Captain is the main contact between the team and the Annual Events Committee. They can be contacted for queries relating to the team, as well as help coordinate their team members in the lead-up to the challenge.

Will there be an overall winner on the day?
Yes, there is an overall winner. The team that scores the highest will be crowned the ‘We’ve Got Game’ Champions!

What happens if a team or individual is caught using a phone, smartwatch, or other device to look up answers?
We love enthusiasm, but Google is not a team member. The use of phones, smartwatches, or other devices to look up answers is not allowed. Any team or individual caught doing so may lose points or be disqualified.

What should I wear?
Dress casual – neat, comfortable attire suitable for an indoor event.

Where will I store my items during the Greenstone Team Challenge?
Belongings can be kept with you at your assigned table.

Will food and beverages be available?
A variety of complimentary food and beverages will be available at the event. More details will be provided soon!

I have a dietary requirement, will there be options available for me?
We will do our best to cater for all dietary requirements. More details on food and beverages available on the day will be provided very soon.

Can I get photos?
There will be a professional photographer on the day. These images will be available the following week via our P:Drive photo folder. You are also welcome to take your own photos.

Will Greenstone provide transport to the event?For the Greenstone Team Challenge, optional buses will be provided to and from the event location. Buses will be departing the Greenstone Office at 7:50am with an approximate 1:30pm arrival back to the office.
For those who choose to drive, free parking is available onsite and nearby.

Where do I park?
​​​​​​​For those driving, parking is available in P1 Members’ Carpark and Members’ Reserved Carpark – enter from Gate 1 off Grand Avenue.

Can family and friends come and watch?
As this is a work event, family and friends will not be able to attend.

What will happen in the event of rain/bad weather?
The event is indoors and will go ahead regardless of all weather conditions.

Where is the Rosehill Gardens, Grand Pavilion located?
Rosehill Gardens is located off Grand Avenue in Rosehill, a 20-30-minute drive from the GFS office. The Grand Pavilion event space is located on Level 2.

How do I receive and use my ticket for the event?
After registering, you will receive your ticket via email from Eventbrite. This ticket is required for check-in on the day, so please ensure you save it. The easiest way to manage your ticket is by adding it to your phone’s digital wallet—instructions on how to do this will be included in your Eventbrite confirmation email. You can simply present your ticket on your phone at check-in; there is no need to print it.

How are we supporting Accessible Arts for ​​the 2026 Team Challenge?
We are proud to support Accessible Arts this year.
For every participant who attends We’ve Got Game, we will donate funds to support their work. Accessible Arts helps people with disabilities build professional careers across a wide range of art forms, including dance, visual arts, theatre, music, literature, multimedia, and emerging art practices.
